HÍDAS presents a brave new perspective on the power of fashion and its role in society.

HÍDAS high-end fashion collections shine a light on complex and difficult global issues, making them accessible to a wide range of audiences.

'Bridging Collection Fall-Winter' was created through a bridge of art, design and fashion between two artists, a Palestinian architect from Gaza, and the Israeli fashion designer, Michal Hidas. Imagining, dreaming and creating together.

“A Bridge between people, a bridge between arts, a bridge between cultures, a bridge between loves, a bridge between realities.”

HÍDAS aims to raise awareness, spark conversation and action, and give voice to the desperate plight of the the world's refugees.

Bridgings' second collection was created in collaboration with a Palestinian creative partner and a Jewish calligrapher from Jerusalem. The collection was inspired by Hidas’ volunteer work with Syrians in Leros, Greece, and in an Israeli hospital. HÍDAS is a winner of the “Fashion Humanitarian Award,” presented by 'Runway the Realway' during New York Fashion Week.

A unique collaboration with the Weizmann Institute of Science; images which were produced in the labs of the institute as part of scientific research, were transformed into a beautiful wearable science collection.

The collection celebrates the beauty and discovery of science, allowing you to take science with you wherever you go, and perhaps inspire others around you.
